Owner Sarah Wald

Next Generation Realty was started in 2018 by owner, broker and realtor Sarah Wald. Sarah has been a licensed real estate agent since November of 2004. She has worked for companies both large and small in her career. She felt she could bring the best of both to her own company. Her motto is: Honest, Like It or Not!

Sarah grew up in North Branch and lives in the area with her husband Nathan and their dog Penny.

Realtor Bonny Stenberg

Bonny is a new agent in our office. She is a professional photography, wife and mother. She has worked in the community in various positions and is excited to start helping people find their homes! She has experience helping both buyers and sellers and is ready to help you!

Nicholas, Shaeyna and Kyliee Andreotti - Our Amazing Support Staff

You may find them lifting furniture and staggering candles like champions at our newest listing or working in the office on various projects after school. They are young but have unbelievable work ethic and help with anything they are asked. (One of the best things about owning a small business is having some of your favorite people work with you!)
