Get recommendations for a local loan officer and get pre-qualified! We recommend getting recommendations from friends and family that have recently purchased a home or ask us! We have a list of local loan officers that we work with on a regular basis. Even if you think you do not qualify, loan officers can pull credit and give you recommendations on how to improve credit and become qualified.
